DNA nanoball (DNB) sequencing with CoolMPS chemistry: no PCR amplification in the cluster, lower error rate and better uniformity.

Mid-range platform, ideal for exomes, panels, RNA-seq, amplicons and WGS 30x up to 8 samples per run.

Library types

We prepare libraries with MGI (DNBSEQ) kits or adapt Illumina libraries for DNBSEQ. Any application, any input.

PCR-free WGS

Amplification-free libraries for maximum coverage uniformity. 500 ng–1 µg input.

WES

Exome capture Twist, Agilent, IDT, MGI Easy Exome. Flexible by design.

Targeted panels

Hybridisation (SureSelect, Twist) or amplicon (AmpliSeq, Paragon). UMI available.

mRNA-seq

Stranded (dUTP) or non-stranded. Poly-A or rRNA depletion. Smart-seq single-cell optional.

16S rRNA
