Frequently asked questions
How are urgent samples billed?
Samples marked as urgent (7-day turnaround) carry a 40 % surcharge. They are billed with the rest in the monthly agreement closure.
Do you accept payment for the test directly from the patient?
Yes. In the request you can indicate whether the clinic pays or the patient pays directly (by card in the GenePortal portal before sampling). Particularly useful for private diagnostics.
Do you issue invoices to mutual insurers?
Yes, we issue invoices with all tax details required by insurers covering genetic diagnosis. Ask us about the active agreements.
Is there a registration fee?
No. Registration is free and includes initial training for the team, access to the ordering portal and a demo case in GenePortal.
Do you work with centres outside Spain?
Yes. We have agreements with clinics in Italy, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom and Latin America. We organise sample logistics and invoicing in euros.
