We are a Spanish laboratory with 47 years of clinical experience, 2,000 m² of facilities and industrial NGS capacity. Our purpose: to put cutting-edge genomics at the service of patients, professionals and researchers.
Nearly five decades serving diagnostics
Founded in 1978 as a clinical analysis laboratory, we have gone through all the diagnostic revolutions of the last half century: from the automated biochemistry of the 1980s to today’s massively parallel sequencing.
In the early 2010s we incorporated the group’s first NGS platform. In 2019 we opened a unit dedicated to clinical genomics which has now grown into OmicaLabs: a centre with capacity for 10 TB of sequencing per month and an in-house clinical bioinformatics team.
We serve private patients, private clinics, hospitals, universities and research groups, always with the same commitment: rigorous science, competitive turnarounds and a close personal relationship.

Clinical precision
We validate all our pipelines with reference datasets (GIAB) and apply ACMG/AMP classification to every variant.
AES-256 privacy
Encryption at rest and in transit, servers in the European Union, mandatory two-factor authentication and quarterly audits.
Response times
We commit to deadlines and meet them. 4 weeks for the genome, 4–6 for exome, 3–4 for panel and fertility.
