Contact us to register as a prescribing centre. We assign you a technical lead and access to the ordering portal.
Online request
Create the order from the portal, download the informed consent and request the necessary kits (saliva, EDTA blood, FFPE).
Sample shipping
Prepaid courier. Traceable tracking. Reception and quality control within 24 h of arrival at the laboratory.
Validated report
Clinical report signed by a clinical geneticist and patient access to GenePortal. Turnaround: 2–5 weeks depending on test.
